how to insert  borland c++ compiled code so it can talk to a .net  solution

Hello,

We have a .Net application running a reservation system . We need  to add a reader device to it  through a USB port , the device SDK is an Borlan compile DLL . Any suggestion on how we can insert the dll  so we can get the DLL method .
